Robin van Persie has been unsettled at Manchester United in recent months and reports had linked the Dutchman with a possible move to Turkish giants, Galatasaray but the deal might not happen.
Van Persie had described his situation at Old Trafford as peculiar but he also reiterated his desire to stay at Old Trafford and fight for a jersey which is apparently what the Dutchman would have to do. Because Galatasaray manager, Hamza Hamzaoglu told reporters that his side were not planning a deal for van Persie “Robin van Persie is not on our agenda,” Hamzaoglu told Spor 3. “The costs are very high. This year, we will be a little more careful.” Galatasaray still have a strong squad and would be looking to maintain their squad.
A few other clubs are reported to be interested in the forward who turns 32 in August but he seems unlikely.
