The Senate’s number one person, who had received some locally made trendy outfits from Adic Designs as gift, was spotted wearing it during a meeting to find a mutual ground on Gender equality with Senator Biodun Olujimi and Senator Bwacha.
According to the NBC, the song “contravenes section 3.6.1 of the Nigerian Broadcasting Code which states: “Obscene, indecent, vulgar language, lewd and profane expression, presentation or representation is not allowed.”
The letter quoted lines from the song including “Wa gba ponron” and “it took your mama nine months to make it”, and asked that the song be placed on the Not To Be Broadcast list.

Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino wants his men to prove the loss to Dortmund was a one time thing.
Dortmund thrashed Tottenham in the first leg of the encounter 3-0 at Signal Iduna park.
And Pochettino wants his men to fight back at White Hart Lane and come out victorious.
“Our mentality needs to be right. We need to show that last Thursday was an accident,” Pochettino said at Wednesday’s pre-match news conference.
“For me sometimes it is difficult, but I accept the criticism. If you win you are a genius, if not you are a disaster.
“It’s important to keep everyone motivated. They are all important for me and I believe in all of them. Sometimes we rotate and sometimes maybe I have made mistakes. We analyse our decisions a lot and I always think we can do better.
“For that we are always open to learning but I believe in all the players, all the squad.”
Fifa has opened an appeal as they intend to reclaim the funds stolen by corrupt officials through bribe and other illegal schemes.
A statement from the world football’s governing body read: “Fifa today submitted documents to the US authorities in an effort to reclaim tens of millions of dollars pocketed illegally by corrupt Fifa members and other football officials.
“In its capacity as a ‘victimised institution,’ Fifa has submitted a Request for Restitution to the US Attorney’s Office and the US Probation Office for the Eastern District of New York, claiming damages from 41 former officials of Fifa and other football organisations, including Chuck Blazer, Jack Warner, Jeffrey Webb and others who have been indicted in the ongoing investigation by the US Department of Justice.
“Fifa estimates that at a minimum tens of millions of dollars were diverted from the football community illegally through bribery, kickbacks and corrupt schemes carried out by the defendants. This amount is likely to increase as the investigation continues. The US government has already announced forfeiture amounts that should cover Fifa’s claims for damages.
“Fifa is seeking restitution for the money the defendants pocketed to enrich themselves, but also for the salaries, benefits and bonuses that were paid to them during their tenure at Fifa and other football organisations. Fifa is also seeking money from the defendants for the damage their actions caused to Fifa’s brand and reputation, its intellectual property and its business relationships.”
Meanwhile, newly elected president Gianni Infantino said via a statement released on Wednesday: “The convicted defendants abused the positions of trust they held at Fifa and other international football organisations and caused serious and lasting damage to Fifa, its member associations and the football community.
“The monies they pocketed belonged to global football and were meant for the development and promotion of the game. Fifa as the world governing body of football wants that money back and we are determined to get it no matter how long it takes.
“The defendants diverted this money not just from Fifa but from players, coaches and fans worldwide who benefit from the programmes that Fifa runs to develop and promote football.
“These dollars were meant to build football fields, not mansions and pools; to buy football kits, not jewellery and cars; and to fund youth player and coach development, not to underwrite lavish lifestyles for football and sports marketing executives.
“When Fifa recovers this money, it will be directed back to its original purpose: for the benefit and development of international football.”
Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos state has on Tuesday ordered all residents living in houses built by Lekki Gardens to vacate their homes as integrity test is to be carried out on each building to determine its safety.

“For those that pass the integrity test, the developer will pay a penalty for any over-development on the site. Popularly called a ‘slut’, she has been slut-shamed, body shamed and has faced the kind of hate most celebrities can’t even stand.
All in all she has always made her point and taken a stand on what she believes.
The How to Be a Bad Bitch author revealed a lot about her past, present and future in a recent interview with Daily Beast magazine.
Speaking politically, Amber Rose was elated with the idea of a first female president of the United States, Hillary Clinton.
The star exclaimed : “I can’t fuckin’ wait! I’m so excited. I’m voting for Hillary, I don’t give a fuck. I love her, and always have. I feel like this is her time to just shit on everybody and be the powerful woman that she is.”
“And I’m leaving the United States if [Trump] is elected. Fuck it! I’m moving to Canada. It’s over.” She added gayly.
When media promoted the idea she had compared herself and Kim Kardashian with Beyonce, Amber clarified her words were taken out of context. The words from her original interview were different.
She meant Beyonce could escape with nudity because she was a singer while every one felt they (She and Kim) were just flaunting so couldn’t be taken serious. But they also have careers and a life too, just like Bey.
She’s a Beyonce fan and only used Beyonce as comparison because she was one of the best in the game.
The mother to Wiz Khalifa’s baby stood behind Kim when she was slashed by media and celebrities after she posted her nudes recently, she stated : ‘It’s bullshit, and this is the thing: They come at me and Kim so hard because I was a stripper and she had a sex tape. So if we could sing, it would be OK if we were on stage half-naked. We all love Beyoncé, but she’s on stage half-naked and twerking all the time, yet people say, oh, she has talent so she’s able to do that.
Amber who recently got her own character app, Muva continued : We don’t have the talent that Beyoncé has, so we get criticized as former sex workers, but at the end of the day we’re just women—we’re all women—and we should all embrace each other. No one is greater. We’re all the same. So, to criticize us as incapable of being smart businesswomen because Kim has a reality show and I’m a socialite and we don’t sing is stupid. We’ve both been in movies, and we take our acting, business ventures, and everything else very seriously’.
Would she be less shamed if she were a singer?
Amber is tired of the bullshit that comes with criticizing women.
‘I’m a grown woman—I’m 32 years old—so I’ve obviously had sex outside of a relationship, or before I was married. I’ve dated guys in my life and realized it didn’t work out. It’s just life. You look for love and find out what you want in life. Guys do it all the time, but we get criticized for it because we’re women, and it’s bullshit’.
She said she ain’t having it anymore.
A tweetheart posted : ‘So Amber Rose basically started a movement to protect hoes from getting called hoes while they go out hoe-ing, & yall supporting it, smh’… and Muva replied, EXACTLY.
This disclosure was made known by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh, at the 19th Regional Implementation Forum for International Fund for Agricultural Development-supported projects in West and Central Africa in Abuja on Tuesday.
The minister also assured herdsmen that the government will allocate grazing fields where cattles would be restricted to, adding that grass seedlings would be imported and planted in the reserved areas.
Speaking as a representative of the President on the event, Ogbeh said: “This is why our government has decided that grasslands in large portions around the country will be created and improved grass seeds will be brought in from other countries, which have gone ahead of us to create the desired grass that will make it unnecessary for the herdsmen to roam about. So in the in next 18 to 24 months, we assure you that no cattle will roam about in this country.
“We need young women and men who can invest in cattle rearing and milk production as this must not be left only to the Fulani herdsmen. Feeding cattle has been an issue, which we need to address.
“We have given support to rice, wheat and cassava farmers; also to cocoa producers.”
This measure is aimed at curbing the incessant invasion of communities and massacre of the indigenes by Fulani herdsmen.
Bear in mind, this is coming on a day when Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state attacked the President, accusing him of paying attention to issues pertaining to other countries, rather than dealing with the problems facing Nigeria.
Fayose had described the President’s quick condemnation of Sunday’s terrorist attack on the Grand Bassam Resort in Cote D’Ivoire as hypocritical, saying that back in Nigeria, the President kept mute for days over the Fulani herdsmen massacre of over 300 Agatu people of Benue State, the Mile 12 Lagos killings and wanton destruction of properties among others
World football’s governing body, FIFA, while admitting for the first time to U.S. authorities on Wednesday, March 16, that votes were bought in past World Cup hosting contests, openly accused South Africa of paying a $10 million bribe to secure votes for the 2010 World Cup.
FIFA is seeking to claim “tens of millions of dollars” damages from the “sordid” officials now facing charges in the United States over mass bribery scandals that have rocked world football.
In a 22-page legal papers filed in New York on Tuesday, FIFA said 41 former officials and marketing executives took bribes and stole money from football’s governing body.
The legal papers also revealed that FIFA believed South Africa paid a bribe of $10m (£7m) to win the right to host the 2010 World Cup.
Those accused include Jack Warner, the former FIFA vice president and former CONCACAF president, Jeffrey Webb, the former FIFA vice president and former CONCACAF president and Chuck Blazer, the former CONCACAF general secretary, Sky Sport reports.
FIFA said the money was paid to Warner, Blazer and a third executive committee member and the money went through FIFA’s accounts and was disguised as development money for Caribbean football.
The football’s governing body also highlighted how one of the main accused, Webb had allegedly been leading a champagne lifestyle despite agreeing to hand over millions of dollars as part of a plea deal with US authorities.
Tens of millions of dollars more is likely to be collected by U.S. authorities when sentences are handed down, and from dozens of officials currently indicted but who have denied bribery charges or are fighting extradition.
FIFA acknowledged the widespread graft of recent decades in its most explicit manner yet, accusing the tainted officials of “brazen corruption”.
“By corrupting these tournaments, matches, sponsorships, and other football affairs through their backroom deals and secret payoffs, the defendants dragged FIFA into their sordid misconduct and tarnished the FIFA brand,” said the FIFA demand for restitution made to US authorities.”
FIFA said in a statement that it “estimates that at a minimum tens of millions of dollars were diverted from the football community illegally through bribery, kickbacks and corrupt schemes carried out by the defendants.
“This amount is likely to increase as the investigation continues.”
Identical Twins Share Everything Including Their Man.
There is love in sharing. These identical twin sisters share clothes, food, home, bed, and even have the same boyfriend.
Lol, at the dude having the time of his life.
Anna and Lucy DeCinque, 30, have always been the center of attention due to their striking resemblance. The duo share an also-identical boyfriend, Ben Bryne, 32, who is a twin.
They share the same mobile phone number, hairstyles, cosmetic enhancements and diet. They even intend getting pregnant at the same time.
The DeCinque twins joined the panel of SBS current affairs and discussion show Insight for a double episode about twins last night.
The twin named Anna stated their bodies need to stay the same : ‘But if I got pregnant Lucy would definitely get pregnant straight way — because our bodies need to be the same. We would try to make that happen, definitely. We are not trying right now — we love children and kids love us, but it’s not the time for us. We would have to be exactly the same — even if we went through IVF at the same time’.
The natives of Perth, Australia have spent nearly $250,000 over the last ten years on cosmetic enhancements to look more alike.
They had lip fillers, breast implants, tattooed fake eyebrows and eyelashes, plastic surgery, cosmetics, beauty treatments including nails and a fake tan
Speaking on the fame and haters that come alongside that kind of attention, they said : “We have people on the internet talk crap about us. We are happy with our lives. That’s how we want to live and we are not hurting anybody. You have to have a thick skin or you wouldn’t leave the house. People don’t insult you to your face, but they’ll say it from behind a keyboard. The people we meet in person are lovely, they want photos, they want to talk to us. They’re always nice.”
They got media attention several years ago when they openly talked about being twins and sharing a boyfriend. Now, they are out to say they intend getting pregnant at the same time can only fuel the embers of their notoriety.
The inseparable twins who have always been close having attended the same nursery, primary and secondary schools, before enrolling on a beauty course at college together.
In order to maintain their appearance, the twin sisters undertook a ten-year ‘ extensive joint beauty regime to maintain their appearances’.
Part of the procedures include a once a week programs such as infra-red saunas, microdermabrasion and skin peels which is used to maintain their mirror image. They also follow the same exercise routine and keep an identical diet.
Shooting to fame via their own Youtube channel last year, the self-involved sisters used their videos to talk about how they ‘feel each other pain and know when each other is sick’.
They met their boyfriend, Mr Byrne after he added them on Facebook on the suggestion of mutual friends.
He said: ‘It’s my first time with two girlfriends, and to be honest it’s very difficult because it has to be 100 per cent even. Whatever I do for one I have to do for the other, so it’s a fine balance. My mates reckon it’s a cool problem to have’. Mr Byrne told Woman’s Day in July 2014.
The question people ask the couple a lot is : ‘How does one guy keep up with two girls in the bedroom?’.
Their hilarious reply is : ‘Put it this way, we’re very active girls and he needs twice the energy’.
Anna, Lucy and Byrne share a SUPER king-size bed.
Read what others have to say : And share your thoughts too.
Heather JarrettApparently they don’t realize that they are two separate people even though they look alike. They need counseling because it’s not at all normal to share everything…. especially a person you have a sexual relationship with.
Josh Smith – if gays can get married, why not two sisters sharing one guy? you can’t define love or personal preference, consent is the name of the game.
Graham Fraser – Are you really telling me that these 2 are 30 years old? If that’s what plastic surgery and all the other shite does to you then poke it, grow old with grace…
Maddie Courtier – Whoever did the plastic surgery on their faces should find another job.
Scott Malsbury – These pair look like creepy horror movie dolls.. If you’re going to get it on with 2 women you atleast want 2 that are atleast going to get it on together.
Abera Et – Once up on a time this two morally rotten twin sisters were very beautiful and innocent but later this attention seeking mentality ruined everything they had , you can go and look at some of their pictures and they clearly looks like an ugly plastic dole, they are just a sex toy that morally rotten “boy friend” guy to play with !!
Leifer Strong – the three will get married, and then for more pr- exposure and deals, one of the girls will have a sex-change….tee hee
Salvador Perez – They were pretty young girls, now they are freaks, sad.
Ben Vase – This is such a sad story. All that plastic surgery and their faces still look muttly! I’d be asking the surgeon for a refund.
Rab McCowat – The guy must have the patience of a saint, it’s hard enough trying to keep one gurning moany face straight at times. How difficult must it be to maintain 2 on the go?
Muhammad Kashif Akram – Twins still need to spend thousands of dollars to look more alike. Pathetic. They are just stupid.
The couple got married only 3 weeks ago, and yesterday Crystal had shared a photo of the Closer singer kissing her baby bump.
She captioned it: “I began this journey with you and here we are at the finish line stronger than ever TOGETHER! I feel so blessed and frightened at the same time but I know that God and you have my back. I can look to you for strength when I feel mine failing and know that in you I’ll find me. My family, friends and sincere supporters know how monumental tonight is for me and I thank you all for being there for me and loving me unconditionally through my process. I couldn’t have made it through without you.”
Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has once again hurled condemning words at President Muhammadu Buhari, accusing him of focusing on issues pertaining to other countries, rather than dealing with the problems facing Nigeria.
Speaking in a statement signed by his Special Assistant of Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, on Tuesday, Mr Fayose said:
“If President Buhari could afford to pick his phone and call the Ivorian president, Alassane Ouattara, immediately after the attack, Nigerians must ask the President why he kept mute for days over the Fulani herdsmen massacre of over 300 Agatu people of Benue State, the Mile 12 Lagos killings and wanton destruction of properties among others.”
He said it was strange that President Buhari was more concerned with the killing of 16 people in Cote D’Ivoire than the Fulani herdsmen’s murder of over 300 Nigerian citizens in Benue.
He also said it was alarming that even when former Senate President, David Mark, was attacked by the Fulani herdsmen last Saturday during inspection of the eight communities destroyed by the Fulani herdsmen, there was no reaction from the president condemning the terror attack.
He continued: “From all indications, our President has abandoned governance. The only thing going on in the minds of those running the affairs of this country in Abuja is how to entrench themselves in power by crushing anyone perceived as capable of hindering them.
“That is the reason they are using the Department of State Services (DSS) to harass and intimidate us here in Ekiti, under flimsy excuses like investigation of members of the State House of Assembly for alleged forgery of tax certificates when the Ekiti State Government, which issued the certificates have not complained to the DSS that its tax certificates were forged by the lawmakers.
“That is also the reason the president keeps showing his anger against Nnamdi Kanu and his Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) agitators while the same president has failed to approach the economy and insecurity, especially the Fulani herdsmen menace with the same level of anger.
“Even when their own Information Minister, Lai Mohammed, has told Nigerians that the economy has gone out of the hands of the president, they keep using anti-corruption fight to persecute opposition elements both in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and their own party, All Progressives Congress (APC), forgetting that fighting corruption is not a substitute for putting food on the table of Nigerians.
“The president must therefore be made to realise that Nigerians are suffering, with price of foodstuffs skyrocketing. The economy is in comatose, Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen are killing people. President Buhari must learn to begin to cry over Nigeria’s problems first before going to other countries to cry over their problems for them.”
Soldiers of the 144 Battalion, Asa, Ukwa West local council, Abia State, have on Tuesday invaded a newspaper office along St. Michael’s Road, Aba and seized copies from vendors.
It was gathered that the confiscated Newspapers were both unsold and new editions of New Republic, Vesym, Freedom Journal and The Authority.
The troops landed the vicinity which serves as the hub of newspaper business in Aba, in two Hilux vans around 7am, and then packed the unsold and current editions of the said papers into their vans and left the place and vowed to arrest the publishers of the various newspapers.
A seller said: “At about some minutes past seven, soldiers in two Hilux vans arrived with one of the vendors that they picked along Mosque, asking him to point at the person who gave him the paper. But the vendor could not, because the person who gave him the paper had gone.
“They asked to know the publishers or suppliers but got no response. Then they confiscated New Republic, Vesym, Freedom Journal and some copies of The Authority, which carried Biafra stories.
“We are yet to be told the reason for the confiscation, but the truth is that we have lost money as many readers were disappointed.”
Another witness said the military overstepped their bounds and then vowed that “No amount of efforts by the military to gag the press will work. We are publishing reports about Biafra like other national dailies do. Let the military go and close down all the media houses because they are carrying Biafra stories. After all, we are not the only people publishing stories on Biafra.”
John Boyega has proven stars actually do have a heart.
The Starwars actor visited children suffering with brain tumor at the Royal London Hospital; he even had his costume and character, Fin, from the movie to brighten the kids day up.
One of the kids, Daniel is living with a brain tumor and after seeing the star wars movie, wanted to see Fin.
John Boyega played the Fin character in Starwars and he made the child’s wish come true by visiting him. He also maintained his Fin character.
Daniel urged to share Boyega’s presence with fellow sick children, creating a memory they will forever cherish.
John Boyega shared gifts with the happy kids.
The ‘Star Wars’ actor worked with Ray’s Of Sunshine children’s charity to hand out gifts to patients with brain tumors.
Posting a photo of his day, he captioned it: “This little stormtrooper Daniel had a wonderful wish after seeing the force awakens. Daniel currently lives with a brain tumour and rather than having Finn to himself he wanted Finn to meet the kids at the Royal London hospital and give them some toys. I stayed in character while I was with this brave boy asking him what a car was. He taught Finn about everything earth related! Really thankful for the opportunity this child granted me and I’m just humbled! I hope I played a little part in making you smile young stormtrooper”.❤️❤️❤️
Two female suicide bombers have killed at least 22 worshipers in an attack on a mosque in Umarari Village, outskirts of Maiduguri, on Wednesday during morning prayers, a rescue official said from the birthplace of Boko Haram.
According to the coordinator of the civilian self-defence Vigilante Group, Abba Aji, one bomber blew up inside the mosque and the second waited outside to detonate as survivors tried to escape.
Abdul Mohammed of the State Emergency Management Agency told The Associated Press news agency that another 17 people were wounded in the explosions early today, Wednesday.
An official of the Civilian-JTF, Alhaji Danbatta, said: “The bomb attack occurred this morning in Umarari village, just after Mulai Leprosy Hospital, outside Maiduguri, along the Biu-Maiduguri highway.”
“It was a suicide attack: the bomber sneaked in while the worshippers were observing the morning congregational prayer. We evacuated 14 corpses and 21 injured ones were taken to the hospital”.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the explosion, however, the blame will likely fall on the dreaded insurgent group, Boko Haram.
The ferocious death cult has increasingly used suicide and bomb attacks as Nigeria’s military pushes the group out of territories they once controlled.
Several bombers have exploded themselves in recent months at roadblocks into the city manned by the military and vigilantes.
Jaden Smith is a cross-dresser and teen son of Will and Jada Smith.
He hopes to transform the world into a “utopia.” He plans to do this by freeing people from bills and other financial obligations.
Soeaking to British GQ Style in an interview, the 17-year-old said, “I don’t see man clothes and woman clothes.”
“I feel like people are kind of confused about gender norms. I feel like people don’t really get it. I’m not saying that I get it,” Smith added. “I’m just saying that I’ve never seen any distinction. I don’t see man clothes and woman clothes, I just see scared people and comfortable people.”
Not long ago, he compared himselfto Italian astronomer Galileo. He also revealed plans to build an Egyptian-style pyramid.
“I’m really working towards just fixing the whole planet Earth. I really just want to create a utopia on this planet. I really want to make it so that people don’t have to die to pay bills and just work to survive.”
Smith continued, “So that they can work to actually live and do the things that they love to do.”
For the rest of us, it was just as well; we saw this coming. It was only a matter of time.
Many have blamed the split on Peter’s wife, Lola Omotayo while others blamed their elder brother Jude Okoye who has been said to have brought them to the limelight, a claim that some friends close to the twins have refuted. According to those sources, Peter and Paul were well on their way to success and might have made it without Jude.
But whatever the true story of their success is, we all know that money does play a hand somewhere, whether directly or otherwise. The whole thing has got me thinking, if these dudes were struggling, would they split? When they were struggling, why didn’t they split?
Questions, questions. We will never have the answers, even if we hear from the horses’ mouths. Both of them will have different versions to the whole fracas and even Jude and the wives will have their own angles.
Now, to the crux of the matter.
Peter seems to have moved on but Paul has not. Last we heard of him, he was begging someone to Call Heaven and talk to his mom.
Peter was telling us to look into his eyes and while he was flashing pictures online of his new manager, Paul was sniveling in his song. Dude was actually crying.
The song wasn’t that bad in my opinion (in the sense that it sounds like all P-Square songs). It was the sniffing and sniveling that just plain got to me. Am I the only one that thinks he was emotionally trying to tug at our strings and paint his brother in a bad light? No.
I don’t know what he wants us to do with his tears. Give him a hanky, pat him on the back or insult Peter for taking a bold step to find his way?
What do we do with a crying man?! And what does he want his late parents to do?
Dude, the strings have been severed. Move on. Do your thing like your brother is doing. Peter has shown us over the course of the past few years that he can stand on his own. Paul can do well for himself by finding his own course. The story may not be quite over. Maybe they need to understand themselves as men and as separate entities, to decipher what they want individually in life, before coming to a common ground.
