G-Worldwide Hits Back At Kiss Daniel With More Court Documents (PHOTOS)

Featured Image

There seems to be no end in sight yet to the ongoing legal rift between G-Worldwide and Kiss Daniel. We earlier reported the response of Kiss Daniel’s Lawyer to the alleged breach of contract suit levelled against the artiste.

According to Kiss Daniel’s legal counsel, the court had not served them any letter or legal documents. In a recent development, his former label, G-Worldwide has accused Kiss Daniel and his legal team of trying to mislead the general public with wrong information.

While describing their action as unfortunate and disgraceful, G-Worldwide shared court papers that served to Kiss Daniel by The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, Nigeria.

Arsenal Youngsters Eddie Nketiah, Ben Sheaf And Matt Macey Sign New Contracts

Featured Image

Arsenal have handed three young stars new contracts at the Emirates.

The Gunners have tied down striker Eddie Nketiah, goalkeeper Matt Macey and Ben Sheaf to extended deals, after all made their first-team breakthroughs this term.

Eddie Nketiah has made four first-team appearances this term, featuring in the League Cup and Europa League.

The 18-year-old came off the bench to score twice in the third round win over Norwich. He also has seven goals in six games for the England Under-19s this year.

Eddie Nketiah has been singled out for praise by Arsene Wenger.

‘He was decisive and overall he has the flair to anticipate when you are in the box,” Wenger said after the win against Norwich.

That’s a quality you cannot give at that age anymore. You either have it or you don’t, so that’s very positive for him.

‘I like the header as well that he scored because he’s not tall. He was very high and it shows that determination when heading is there for the guy that wants it.’

Keeper Macey, 23, deputised for the injured David Ospina in that game, and also played in the 0-0 draw with Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League.

Sheaf, signed as a 14-year-old from West Ham, made his debut coming on as a substitute in the 1-0 away win over Red Star in October.

SSANU, NASU, NAAT Strike: We’ve Met Demands Of Striking University Staff — FG

Featured Image

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Sen. Chris Ngige, has insisted that the Federal Government has fulfilled its part of an agreement reached with the striking non-academic staff of federal universities on Sept. 20.

In a statement signed by Mr Samuel Olowookere, the Deputy Director of Press in the ministry on Tuesday, Ngige said the government had also fully complied with the implementation timelines of the agreement.

Campus Shutdown As SSANU, NASU, NAAT Strike Grounds Academic Activities At OAU

The university workers began the strike on Monday under the aegis of Joint Action Committee (JAC) made up of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU), Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) and National Association of Academic Technologists (NAAT).

They are protesting the sharing formula of the N23 billion released by the Federal Government for the settlement of earned allowances.

In the sharing formula, non-academic staff were allocated 11 per cent of the N23 billion as against 89 per cent for academic staff in the universities.

Trouble For Nigerian Universities As NAAT, NASU, SSANU Begin Indefinite Strike

The minister asked them to call off the strike and make a fresh case in respect of their reservation concerning the disbursement of the N23 billion, which he said was the first item on the Sept. 20 agreement.

Ngige said it was important for Nigerians to be informed that the federal government had fully fulfiled its part of the agreement.

He stated that the government could not be blamed for what the unions term “skewed disbursement formula” for the money.

“As I speak, the Federal Government has fully implemented the major contemporary issues such as payment of shortfalls, registration with PENCOM, among others, in the agreement.

“The only grievance the unions have today is that the modality for the disbursement of the N23 billion released by the Federal Government for the settlement of earned allowances is skewed against them.

“But I advised them during the negotiation to call off their strike when it entered the fifth day and quickly forward their own template for accessing the N23 billion meant for the academic and non-academic staff of the universities, since the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) had already submitted theirs.

“They bluntly refused and dragged the strike for weeks,” Ngige said.

He, however, said nothing had been lost, and urged the unions to make fresh case for inclusion in the 2018 budget, adding that the government was willing to address the issue.

The minister faulted the unions’ argument that they only resumed an old strike, saying the strike had been conciliated, called off and the terms of agreement implemented.

“If the unions under JAC are embarking on a fresh strike, they are yet to comply with the relevant sections of the labour laws”, he added.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that he warned them to stop misguiding their members and avoid pushing the government to a point where it would invoke ‘No Work No Pay’ in line with labour laws.

Antonio Conte Given £8,000 Fine For Misconduct Vs Swansea

Antonio Conte accepted the misconduct charge after being sent to the Stamford Bridge stands by referee Neil Swarbrick during his side’s slender 1-0 victory seven days ago.

Joke Silva-Jacobs Reveals How She Discovered She Was Adopted From Foster Home

Featured Image

Veteran Nollywood actress, Mrs. Joke Silva-Jacobs, has revealed that she was adopted by the late E.A Silva, a lawyer, and his late wife, Abimbola Silva over 5 decades ago from a foster home run by the Red Cross in Lagos.

The prominent and well respected Nigerian actress, now 56 years old, brought the revelation to light at the first Annual Conference of Heritage Adoption Support and Advocacy Group (HASAAG) in Lagos.

Joke and Olu Jacobs have been together for over 3 decades

Joke and Olu Jacobs have been together for over 3 decades

It is understood that her adopted parents were the late Chief E.A Silva, a reputable lawyer, the then Babajiro of Lagos and his wife late Dr Abimbola Silva, a pioneering female doctor, who died in July 2015.

Speaking at the occasion, which had the wife of the Vice President, Dolapo Osinbajo in attendance, Mrs. Jacob gave an account of her experience as an adopted child.

She said, “Living in a foster home of the Red Cross in Yaba, Lagos, Everybody would be calling me whenever my adopted mum (Dr. Silva)came with cakes and a lot of things during her visit. I went to YWCA Nursery, which was not too far from the Silva’s home in Yaba. I also have memories of moving in with them when they moved to Glover Road in Ikoyi.

“I remember reading newspapers to my Dad in our sitting room and pronouncing Brig-General Aguyi Ironsi, the then Nigeria Head Of State, ‘Agolo Iresi!’ My father could not stop laughing at my hilarious interpretation of the newspaper. Also, I remember making them proud, when performing at St. Saviour School. My parents would be standing and were congratulated by other parents too for my acting skills. My parents were so excited that this child was incredibly talented.

“I remembered going out with my cousin and we met a big cousin. She introduced me as ‘my cousin’s daughter and this is Dr Silva’s daughter.’ Then, the older cousin was like, ‘Dr. Silva ke? Se Doctor Silva bimo ni? (Meaning does Dr. Silva have a child?) . Did Dr Silva ever have a child?

“I was so confused and when I got home I told my mum, ‘I met this lady that says you never had a child.’ My mum froze and she said, ‘don’t mind them, they are used to rubbish talk.’

“But I got to know years later when I wanted to travel and was looking for my passport where my mum kept it. Since she was not around, I opened the box in her absence and I saw my adoption papers. I never discussed it with my mum because I felt it was something that would hurt her that was why, it was kept secret from me.”

“Even in their wills, I was well protected. My daddy, being a lawyer said in his will, that all his children, both adopted and biological should be treated equally. I was not stressed in anyway. We were all well taken care of till my mum died at the age of 89.

“At 56, I still miss her but I know she has definitely gone back to her father. On her sick bed, I always sang her favorite tunes, she would be imputing the melodious tunes and she died singing to her Lord. She had prepared her family before my coming into her life because I had an incredible big Silva family.

“I have a very big family I am the first daughter, I carried the responsibility of a first daughter. Everybody in my family cannot take any decision until sister Joke has come. I can’t call my parents, adopted parents. They are my parents”

Jose Mourinho Accuses Pep Guardiola Of Lying About David Silva’s Fitness Ahead Of Manchester Derby

Featured Image

Jose Mourinho has appeared to accuse his Manchester City counterpart Pep Guardiola of playing mind games ahead of their huge derby match at Old Trafford this weekend.

Jose Mourinho’s comments came after the Spaniard suggested that David Silva might not play in the derby due to an unspecified “little problem”.

Mourinho was taken by surprise last weekend when Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger ruled striker Alexandre Lacazette out of their meeting at the Emirates, only to then field him in the starting lineup of the game, which United won 3-1.

Asked for his own team news ahead of this weekend, Mourinho told reporters: “When we have a problem, we have a problem.

“When players are injured, they are injured. I tell you the truth. The truth is Eric Bailly has no chance for the weekend, Phil Jones a chance, [Marouane] Fellaini a chance, Zlatan [Ibrahimovic] a big chance and [Nemanja] Matic is injured but will play for sure. [Michael] Carrick, no chance.

“No stories of Lacazette or David Silva. All the truth. Our opponents have all these issues. They have a big issue but, in the end, everybody is ready to play. They have phenomenal organisations. We are a bit more humble.”

Hearn: Haye Is Not Joshua’s Focus

Featured Image

Boxing promoter, Eddie Hearn insists David Haye better step up, because he is not on Anthony Joshua’s radar.

Haye would like a title shot against Joshua, but the possibility of that fight depends on a win against Tony Bellew.

“I am more confident than ever that Bellew wins, but if Haye were to win, then his popularity and the size of a fight [against Joshua] would mean it could be one to consider,” Hearn told Sky Sports.

“If he beats Bellew he could make some noise about [fighting Joshua].

“One of his big motivations is to fight Joshua but he isn’t on our radar, at the moment.”

“I’m not only looking at winning this fight, I really want to make a statement and show the world I am an elite heavyweight,” Haye told Sky Sports News.

“I am a guy who can challenge for that No 1 spot. Anything other than a conclusive, spectacular victory, is a failure in my eyes. If I win the fight, but I struggle, I’m honest enough with myself to know the likes of Anthony Joshua, the No 1 in the division… if I cannot beat Tony Bellew in emphatic style, then I’ve got no business mentioning his name.

“Not only do I have to win, I have to win in a style that you would expect [from] the best heavyweight in the world. I don’t want my performance to be any less than you would expect from an Anthony Joshua to deal with Tony Bellew.”

And Kovacic has no doubt that the Portuguese will once again bang in the goals for Madrid.

“He’s the best player in the world and he has already scored many goals this season and he will score way more goals for sure.

Steven N’Zonzi Confirms He Wants To Leave Sevilla

Featured Image

Steven N’Zonzi has revealed he plans to leave Sevilla after a breakdown in relation with his manager Eduardo Berizzo.

Steven N’Zonzi has been a massive success in Spain since swapping Stoke for Sevilla and his performances have alerted the attentions of Arsenal and Everton.

The Premier League duo have been linked with a transfer for N’Zonzi and the France international has now handed his potential suitors a massive boost.

While N’Zonzi insists his trip to London on Tuesday ‘has nothing to do with a transfer’ and was purely to visit his son, the 28-year-old believes the time has come to leave the club he joined in July 2015.

‘The coach pointed the finger at me [at half-time of the Liverpool game]. I will not repeat it… but his words affected me,’ N’Zonzi told France Football.

‘Publicly, he said in future he would only select players who fit his vision for football. What does that mean?

‘Whether in a 4-3-3, 3-5-2 or any other formation, a player must adapt to what his coach demands and I have always done it.

‘The fact I was always professional despite the circumstances, that I always did my job, I found it unfair.

‘My future is clearly away from Seville. The only thing that disappoints me is the way it has ended.’

Everton are currently leading the race for N’Zonzi, who has a buyout clause of £35.2million, but the club are hopeful of striking a deal closer to £25m for him in the January transfer window.

Clattenburg: Mourinho Is Why I Left England

Featured Image

Referee Mark Clattenburg has revealed that he decided to leave the Premier League after a tirade by José Mourinho.

Clattenburg stated in February he was leaving England for the position of head of referee of the Saudi Arabia Football Federation.

The 42-year-old veteran referee, officiated his first game in 2004 and says the match between Stoke and United in January convinced him to leave.

“I was refereeing the game when Wayne Rooney broke Bobby Charlton’s record and Mourinho came into my dressing room and he was unhappy about a handball penalty that I didn’t give,” Clattenburg told the Men in Blazers podcast.

“I’d walked off that pitch at Stoke, which was always the coldest stadium, it was always wet and miserable, and refereeing Man United was never an easy match.

“To come off that match it felt immense that I’d actually had a good performance, and for him to come into my dressing room and criticise my performance for a handball that I’d seen, that had clearly come off his chest, I knew that I was right but he’d put a seed of doubt into my mind.

“I drove home 250 miles thinking I’d made a big error, my wife knew my attitude had changed, and I thought to myself, ‘Do I really want to be a part of this anymore? Do I really want to referee?’

“And I went soul-searching, I wasn’t enjoying it as much as I used to and I had to get out.”

Diego Simeone Reflects On Atletico Madrid’s Drop To The Europa League

Featured Image

Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone is not concerned about his key players leaving after elimination from the Champions League.

Asked if he was worried about players wanting to leave in January or the summer, Simeone said: “No, on the contrary, I think this could be a new challenge. Everything that is bad, we make it into a positive.

“I wouldn’t say it was a failure, because we knew this could happen. I think a failure is when you have an objective and you don’t reach it, and we knew this could happen, so it is not a failure for us.

“I think the team has shown that we never give up, and we have a long season ahead, we will see what happens at the end of the season.”

The draw means Atletico drop into the Europa League from the Champions League group stage for the first time since 2009/10, when they went on to win Europe’s second-tier competition.

Simeone was positive about his side’s exit, and said he will now be focusing all of his attention to the long season ahead.

“It doesn’t hurt, because this is football. We’ve managed to get more points from the team which finished top of the group than the team which finished bottom.

“It is difficult to explain, but from now on we are just going to concentrate on what is coming, whether it be the Europa League, Copa del Rey or La Liga.

“Football is like this, it doesn’t depend on tactics, possession and stats, at the end of the day what is important is to be decisive, and you need to score.

“But in my opinion the team is well, we have only lost one game and it was in the last minute, but no excuses. We need to carry on with the season and be valued at the end of the season.”

Sevilla President Reveals Reason Why Arsenal Transfer Target, Steven N’Zonzi Was In London

Featured Image

Steven N’Zonzi’s recent trip to London was for personal reasons and not to negotiate a move back to the Premier League, according to Sevilla chairman Jose Castro.

The former Stoke and Blackburn player has been a revelation since departing England for Spain in 2015, where he made 46 appearances for Sevilla last season.

Steven N’Zonzi, who in January signed a new contract which keeps him at the La Liga club until 2020, has not featured for Sevilla since their 3-3 draw with Liverpool last month amid reports of a disagreement with backroom staff.

“His situation is due to a technical issue with the coaches and as with all the technical issues, he can change it,” Castro said.

“He has travelled to London to visit his son with our permission.”

‘There aren’t any offers to sign N’Zonzi. I can’t talk about clauses or prices if we don’t have an offer.

‘We respect the decision of our coaches, he is training with their mates but currently he isn’t playing.’

Tim Cahill Quits Melbourne City

Featured Image

Tim Cahill remains focused on playing at the 2018 World Cup after leaving Australian club side Melbourne City.

Tim Cahill , who turned 38 on Tuesday, admitted he would need regular game time after helping Australia qualify for next summer’s tournament in Russia.

Cahill was in the second year of a lucrative multi million-dollar contract that was reportedly heavily front-end loaded. This was expected to be his last season as a player, as the third season of his contract was set to see him transition into a coaching role with the club.

Cahill has played just six games for City this season, five of which he has started from the bench and had reportedly fallen out with Joyce after dropping out of the starting line-up.

“Playing in the domestic league in Australia was always an important career goal for me, and my experience here has been fulfilling from start to finish,” said Cahill.

“Qualifying for the World Cup has been a great adventure, and it would be a massive honour to represent my country in Russia. That will be my focus in the coming months.”

My experience here has been great and I have enjoyed contributing to the culture inside the Club, being asked to take on a leadership role and, most importantly, being able to mentor a lot of the younger players – something I will continue to do in the future.

“I wish the club, head coach, players and all the fans all the very best for the rest of the season. It’s never easy to say goodbye but it was great to win last weekend and make a contribution, and also to have the club sitting third in the league.”

Melbourne head coach Warren Joyce said: “Having players of Tim’s stature in the dressing room can only help develop a squad’s ambitions, and his impact on the team and for the club is well known, particularly with the younger players in the squad.

“In the period that I’ve worked with Tim, I have appreciated the contribution he has made both on and off the field and the dedication he has shown in training. We all wish him the very best on the next stage of his career.”

Conte: Chelsea Don’t Fear Barcelona Or PSG

Featured Image

Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte says the club does not fear the possibility of facing either Barcelona or PSG in the knockout stage.

Chelsea lost their hold on first position after playing a 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid, and Roma securing that spot after a 1-0 win over Qarabag.

The Blues salvaged a point after a Savic own goal and could face Barcelona, Besiktas and PSG, due to the fact that the other seven groups are topped by EPL clubs.

However, Conte is not daunted about what lies ahead for Chelsea in Europe.

“When you go through to the next round in this competition, you must be prepared to face the best teams,” Conte said.

“We could play against Barcelona, PSG or Besiktas, but we must be ready. This is the best tournament. That’s why you want to go through and try and be a protagonist in this tournament.

“At the same time, our opponents won’t be happy to play against us. We’ll see what happens. I remember during the European Championship with the national team we finished first in our group and played against Spain, then Germany and, if we’d beaten Germany, we’d have to play France. Sometimes it’s not so important [to finish first].

“We reached the next round and we must be happy with this. After a performance like this, the coach must be [happy].”

On the match itself in London as Chelsea finished level on 11 points with Roma but adrift due to their head-to-head record, Conte added: “I think it was a good game. A good performance. I think we deserved to win the game.

“When you create so many chances to score – important chances, not simple chances – you have to try to take them. Instead, the goalkeeper was the best player for them. In other circumstances, we could be more accurate in our finishing. But, at the same time, we conceded a goal that shows we must improve.

“From a corner… there were a lot of mistakes. When you play this type of big game, the little details are important and shape the final result. Maybe we went 1-0 down in our best moment. But we tried to find the strength to draw and try to win. For this reason, we must be pleased for our group [campaign].

“It was a really tough group, and Atletico Madrid, in the past, played a fantastic Champions League and twice reached the final. It means our group was very tough.”

Between Buhari And Atiku’s Presidency: Neither Is Needed

Between Buhari And Atiku’s Presidency: Neither Is Needed By Erasmus Ikhide

Nigerian politics got some hypes over the week with the resignation of former Vice President Atiku Abuka from the All Progressives Congress (APC). A moment ago, he returned to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Earlier, he received serious clapback from Governor Nasir El-Rufai, who signposted him in a bad light and addressed him by his proper name: political prostitute!

This piece was written by Erasmus Ikhide. The views and opinions expressed here are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of 360Nobs.com.

Atiku’s reentrance into the presidential race for the umpteenth times speaks ill of a nation in trauma. This is tellingly so because of the recent polls conducted by newspapers in Nigeria on who is better suited to be president of Nigeria between President Muhammadu Buhari; Atiku Abubakar, former President Goodluck Jonathan and Rabiu Kwankwaso in 2029.

While the Vanguard Newspaper poll cast has it thus: Goodluck Jonathan 24%; Atiku Abubakar 54%, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso 1%, Muhammadu Buhari 21%; Sahara Reporters poll conducted for the same purpose, almost at the same time, saw 49 % Nigerians saying they would vote for Muhammadu Buhari; 26% elected to vote for Atiku Abubakar, while the remaining 25% said they would vote for neither candidate.

The country has been put between the devil and the deep blue sea since the return to democratic rule in 1999. The lackluster government of late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua was severely plagued by lack of vision and mission, therefore failed to arrest former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s destructive policy and barefaced looting that attended his government. Some say President Yar’Adua failure to demonstrate leadership was due to his delicate heath, which ultimately led to his demise.

The actual collapse of Nigerian state architecture was the entrance of President Goodluck Jonathan by accident; a minimal and miniaturist leader, who allowed powerful women like Diezani Alison-Madueke, Stella Oduah and his wife to ruin his presidency. Goodluck was the luckless President and an epigone of an aborted attempt to remake Nigeria and to reset the clock of Nigerian progress towards genuine efforts at nation building. Till now, we’re still trapped in the abyss of mindless looting and unremitting poverty that was the name of his government.

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s blind ambition or constant quest for power has been invalidated by President Buhari’s failure: persistent hunt for power is no yardstick to one’s preparedness to governance. Besides, Nigerians seem tired of recycled political elements whose pasts have been responsible for the chaotic politics, utter wretchedness, sub-human poverty and retrogression.

Mr. Atiku’s duplicity and style of politics is archaic and retrogressive. Nigerians are yet to believe that a single political individual is capable of becoming a conservative republican, at the same time, a progressive democrat. Who can convince the people that two such competing ideological convictions could emerge from the same source? “A little to the left….a little to the right of IBB’s fame! That is a product that is neither fish, meat, nor vegetable.” You may have to ask yourself – does the manufacturer of such mutation in the person of Alhaji Abubakar pretend to the possession of two brains, not complementary but at war with each other?
How are we sure that he believes in them before he keeps floating between the two political parties of supposed variant ideological propositions? Of a truth, it’s not possible from any single mind except of a kind that despises the people to whom it dictates. Speaking from both sides of the mouth at the same time is a trick politicians employ to gain and retain power. When such become the summation of a people’s political foundation, it is nothing but grand larceny, and the bastardization of the very principles of political parties’ formation and failure of governance process.

Atiku Abubakar has been trying to extricate himself from the crutches of corruption which he’s firmly welded, not knowing that perception is everything in politics. Confronted recently of his refusal to visit the United States of America, Atiku quipped: “I applied, but wasn’t issued a visa. However, they did not decline me categorically either. They’ve only said my application is going through administrative process. It is the sole prerogative of America to determine who they want in their country or not. I’m not running away from America.”

Mr. Atiku further added that such administrative denials were not unique to him, saying President Muhammadu Buhari could not also enter the country for years due to his religious views. Two of a kind? Yes! History will not forget them simply because we forget it. But it might just be polite to mention ancient bones when an old woman is passing!

It’s on record that the U.S. government is hostile to criminal credentials of Mr. Atiku Abubakar and President Buhari grandstanding as an Islamic bigot. For Atiku, his trouble with the U.S. authorities stemmed from a broadband contract award to iGate, an America company which William Jefferson, then U.S. federal lawmaker from Louisiana, had interest in. Mr. Jefferson was said to have used his political influence and friendship with Mr. Abubakar to ensure that the contract went smoothly in Nigeria with intentions to pay some kickbacks to Nigerian officials, including the former vice president.

Mr. Jefferson revealed in a secretly recorded conversation with the FBI that Mr. Abubakar stood to benefit up to $500,000 for helping influence the broadband deal in Nigeria at the time. Although Mr. Jefferson lost his representative seat and served jail term in America for the deal, Mr. Abubakar was never prosecuted in Nigeria. It is clear that Mr. Atiku is seen by the U.S. government as an unwanted bad influence in America society.

Strictly speaking, Nigeria has been a victim of serial rape by her primitive leaders, which has become agonizingly worse under the President Muhammadu Buhari government. Ever since Buhari took office in 2015, unprecedented affliction has seized every corner of the economy with its viral imperative. The staying power of the naira has crashed beyond what has been witnessed since Independence; jobs loss and relocation of companies from Nigeria to other African countries hitting the roof top, internationalization of slavery of Nigerian citizens is replete in Libya and elsewhere, the unviable states of the Nigerian State, repressive tactics of Buhari government as a bulwark against constitutional rightness, northernization of political appointments, the rise of Fulani herdsmen fundamentalism, prosecution of perceived political enemies, and the faded sloganeering on anti-corruption deceit.

Mr. Buhari’s Presidency was substantially premised on war against corruption, curbing the security crisis, power generation and job creation. The number of deaths recorded in the last two and half years is well over 10,000 citizens in the hands of Boko Haram militia and Fulani herdsmen. Buhari’s monumental failure in this respect is due largely to his inability to rally the economy to stability and take political decision. While prices of goods and services skyrocketed astronomically, minimum wage of civil servants remained stagnantly at N18,000!

Clearly, President Buhari made mockery of his anti-corruption preachment with the disclosure on how Mr. Maina made his way back into the civil service and all the allegation that he choreographed Mr. Maina reinstatement. Mr. Maina’s saga is just one of the many individuals who exploited Buhari’s nepotistic penchant for sectionalism. And this has darkened his presidency, ultimately. Buhari’s failure is premeditated as an end to ideological zealot, a known closed minded character and an unyielding Islamic irredentist.

The horrors of the Buhari Presidency and the unimaginable privation in the last two and a half years is debasing. For whatever it’s worth, his total failure should redefine Nigerians resolve to either remain destitute or slaves in their own country under Buhari’s leadership or allow Atiku Abubakar’s criminal credentials to envelop our collective destinies. We will be worse off, if by stroke of ill-luck, Goodluck Jonathan resurfaced in Aso Rock with his childish naivety.

The 25% Nigerians who would refuse to vote Buhari, Atiku or Jonathan can’t be wrong as we move towards 2019. The number can only increase as long as injustice, Fulani herdsmen destroying people’s crops on the farm, killing and raping women, prosecution of known political enemies, banal oppression, pretenses on anti- corruption deception remain parts of our daily experiences, the urge to revolt will also remain a primal imperative for Nigerians in anyway possible. Call it revolution, if you like. Nigerians need to break free from the evil crutches of the likes of President Buhari, Atiku or Jonathan if we ever hope for a better future.

Toyin Lawani Breaks Silence On How Bobrisky Attempted To Kill Her Using Juju (Full Statement)

Celebrity designer and the CEO of Tiannah’s Empire, Toyin Lawani, has lifted the lid on what actually transpired between her and Nigerian Male-Barbie and Cross Dresser, Idris Okuneye, alias Bobrisky.

toyin Lawani

Toyin Lawani

In an interview with Olisa TV, Lawani broke her silence on how she met Bobrisky and how a beautiful relationship exuded of fiduciary degenerated so badly to hate, threats and a trade of words reeked of ignominy.

Bobrisky Was Arrested In Lagos? Here’s What We Know

She further said that she was warned by a close friend to stay away from Bobrisky as well as to immediately protect herself and her children spiritually as the cross-dresser had perfected plans to kill her.

According to her, shortly after the warning, Bobrisky came to her shop to give her a polythene bag that contained a white cloth and guinea fowl.

Fascinating
Bobrisky

Lawani narrated that when the bag was delivered to her and she opened it, a few days later, she was admitted to the hospital.

Her words: Few days after I issued him a warning, Idris came to Tiannah’s Empire with a black polythene bag and the security guards prevented his entry. I went downstairs to ask what he wanted and he said he had come to apologise for his misdeeds. He handed me the polythene bag and when I opened it, I saw white clothes and a guinea fowl inside. I threw the bag on the floor and asked one of my employees, Dayo, to burn it while also warning Idris to never again visit me with such gifts.

I collapsed the next day and started bleeding heavily following which I was rushed to Ave Maria Hospital. I was informed the incident was linked to pre-existing concerns with fibroid but I believe it was caused by the diabolical items Idris brought as a supposed gift. I had a surgery and remained in the hospital for two months before I was discharged. As soon as I returned to work, Idris showed up at the Empire, saying he heard I was ill but that he came for cash as the bank did not pay him because they could not reach me to confirm the cheque while I was hospitalized. I took the cheque from him and gave him cash then bid him bye.

Speaking on her first encounter with Bobrisky, Lawani said:

Bobrisky came to Tiannah’s Empire as a customer sometime in 2015 and pleaded with my attendants that he wanted to meet me as he needed some remedy for his bad skin.  After administering treatment on the skin and was cured of his skin irritations, he testified that people would not stop asking about where and how he got his skin treated. He then told me he was a student at University of Lagos (UNILAG) and would love to market Tiannah’s Glow natural products. As he was a living testimony, I began by giving him some of the products and allowed him earn 40 percent on the products he sold. I also recommended a full body polish via Tiannah’s spa which helped to treat his skin infections and cleared his dark knuckles. I also advised him on how to take care of his body odour as my clients started complaining and would usually have to spray air fresheners every time he stepped into the fashion floor at the Empire. He took offence that I advised him about his body odour but the truth was that it was really bad and caused us a lot of embarrassment at some events including a top society wedding he forced himself to attend with me.

He worked with me for only about two months but even in that time period, he caused a lot of harm than good… He was also manipulative and was always trying to cause problems between me and my staff or friends. On one occasion, we went out together and there were complaints about his appearance which I told him about. I subsequently received a text message from an unknown number expressing admiration for Idris and his eyelashes, also asking me to introduce them. I suspected he sent the message because he spelt ‘lashes’ as ‘latches’ having seen him make the same mistake several times publicly so I confronted him. He initially denied it but subsequently admitted and apologised following which I banned him from entering my Empire again. At that point, I realised I needed to put him at arm’s length. It also coincided with the time a lady came to my store to allege that Idris claimed to be the one mixing my beauty products for me. It was a ridiculous claim because my mother started the business over twenty (20) years ago and it has grown beyond the phase of mixing products with hands. We have machines doing all of that in our factory.

Reacting to allegations made by Bobrisky that she (Lawani) allegedly swindled him (Bobrisky) of the sum of N250,000 she said:

He was owing my company almost N200,000 around the time after repeatedly buying clothes on credit and I informed him that I would use the money he paid towards the purchase of the speakers as his balance which would leave him with a balance of N65,000 and I gave him a cheque for that amount.

On Bobrisky saying he paid N26,000 for Toyin’s meal she said

I reached out to Idris to reprimand him but he only responded with threats. I initially dismissed the threats but I had to eventually report to the police when I noticed strange cars trailing my kids and I on different occasions. He has also been trying to pull down my brand, sending messages to my clients that I sell substandard materials to them or that I intend to have affairs with their spouses. He also falsely claimed that I was not paying my staff, of which I have almost 100 members of staff working for me, who I also support in many ways such as sending their kids to school and starting businesses for them. None of my workers can honestly claim I owe them salaries, so I really had no choice but to report Idris to the police.

Meanwhile, Bobrisky is yet to react to this as of the time of filing this report.
