Jorginho Makes Early Return To Chelsea From The International Break

Featured Image

Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has been allowed to miss Italy’s upcoming friendly with USA.

Jorginho was on the pitch for the full 90 minutes as Italy played out a goalless draw with Portugal in the UEFA Nations League on Saturday night, but the 26-year-old has been spared a second international appearance in quick succession.

The midfielder has been given permission to return to Stamford Bridge, with Italy manager Roberto Mancini happy to make changes for Tuesday’s meeting with USA.

Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri has previously suggested that Jorginho has played too much football this season, with 20 appearances having been made for club and country since August 5.

Chelsea face an important Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium on Saturday and will be keen to have Jorginho ready and available for selection.

Since his move to Stamford Bridge, the 26-year-old has made 15 competitive appearances for Chelsea.

Italy

Genoa striker Krzysztof Piatek has issued a come-and-get-me plea to Europe’s top clubs after a stunning start to the season in Italy.

The Polish forward has nine goals in just 11 Serie A starts since moving this summer. “The dream of those who come to Genoa is that they use it as a stepping stone towards a big club,” Piatek said.

“If I continue this way, I could sign for a big club. My objective is to play in the Champions League.” (Corriere della Sera)

Inter are targeting a double raid of Serie A rivals Fiorentina with forward Federico Chiesa and midfielder Marco Benassi.

Chiesa, who is the son for former Italy forward Enrico Chiesa, has been courted by the club’s sporting director, Piero Ausilio, coach Luciano Spalletti and prospective general manager Beppe Marotta. (Tuttosport)

Napoli are keen to hold onto their star players and will open negotiations with Piotr Zielinski, Nikola Maksimovic and Elseid Hysaj – most recently subject of Chelsea transfer rumours – in an attempt to keep all three players at the Stadio San Paolo. (Corriere dello Sport)

With captain Alessio Romagnoli, Mateo Musacchio and Mattia Caldara all sidelined with several weeks AC Milan are short of central defensive options and will use the January transfer window to strengthen.

Manchester United defender Eric Bailly is one option, as is out-of-favour Chelsea captain Gary Cahill, who has found himself behind David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger at Stamford Bridge this season. (Corriere dello Sport)

Spain

Former Arsenal winger Marc Overmars, who is now sporting director at Ajax, has admitted the Amsterdam club will struggle to retain Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt for much longer.

The pair are reportedly wanted by Barcelona, among others, and, speaking at a shareholders’ meeting, Overmars said: “It will be difficult to retain these players who are in the newspapers every day because of the interest of other clubs.” (Marca)

For Barcelona their preference is clear. The Catalan club will prioritise the signing of centre-back De Ligt over midfield team-mate De Jong.

Barca feel they need a right-footed central defender for the long term and, at just 19, De Ligt fits that profile perfectly. He would be seen as the long-term heir to Gerard Pique who will be 32 by the start of next season. (Sport)

James Rodriguez’s future is far from clear. The Real Madrid attacker is currently on loan at Bayern Munich who have a €42m option to purchase the Colombian.

But having fallen out of favour under Niko Kovac this season it seems unlikely Rodriguez will remain in Bavaria. He could, therefore, return to the Bernabeu and that would be the attacker’s favoured option. (AS)

Germany

Bayer Leverkusen sporting director Jonas Boldt is relaxed about the future of German international Kai Havertz who has been subject of Bayern Munich and Liverpool transfer rumours in the past.

“There is no reason to get restless,” Boldt said. “His future lies in Leverkusen.” Havertz is under contract at Bayer until 2022. (Sport11)

France

Former Paris Saint-Germain chairman Charles Villeneuve has admitted he doesn’t understand why midfielder Adrien Rabiot is yet to sign a new deal with Les Parisiens.

Subject of Barcelona transfer rumours, Rabiot’s current deal expires next summer. “Rabiot? I don’t understand it,” said Villeneuve.

I don’t understand why he hasn’t signed a new deal. His future is in Paris. He came through the academy at Paris and was born here.

You only need to remember what our academy has done for the first team. Coman, Kimpembe, Areola, Rabiot – they are just some of the names.” (Paris United)

Luka Modric Reacts To Croatia UEFA Nations League Defeat To England

Featured Image

FIFA Best player Luka Modric was not in a happy mood after losing to England in the Nations League, but predicted that they have abright future ahead of them.

Luka Modric was the difference in the World Cup semi-final when Croatia faced England this summer, taking control of the game and helping his side to their first World Cup final.

The Real Madrid could not have the same influence at Wembley on Sunday in the Nations League, as England came from behind to score two goals, win the game and the group.

While he conceded that it was a tough way to lose the match, he thinks that the team will go on to good things in the future.

“It is a bit painful to lose in this way because we prepared well for set-pieces. We knew England are dangerous from set pieces but in the end they got two goals from set-pieces and it is a bit painful.” the Real Madrid man said after the match.

“I don’t know if they have improved since the summer. That is maybe a question for them to assess if they are improving or not.

“But I see them like a good, young team with a bright future in front of them. They are in final four of this Nations League and it is showing that they are in a good way.”

Dieumerci Mbokani Reveals He Would Have Been The New ‘Dider Drogba’ If He Joined Liverpool Eight Years Ago

Featured Image

Dieumerci Mbokani has revealed he regrets turning down a move to Liverpool eight years ago.

Mbokani now plays for Belgium side Royal Antwerp, after joining on a free transfer from Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev this summer. However when he was at fellow Belgian club Standard Liège in 2010, he had the opportunity to sign Liverpool

Speaking to Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad, Mbokani said: “When I played at Standard [Liège], I had the choice between Monaco and Liverpool, but that turned out badly.

“If I had gone to Liverpool I might have had a career as [Samuel] Eto’o or [Didier] Drogba. Because I felt that with my qualities I must not be inferior to those two.”

Although Liverpool were reportedly very eager to bring Mbokani to Anfield, he opted to sign for Monaco in 2010. He scored just one goal in ten appearances at the Stade Louis II, returning to Belgium the next year joining Anderlecht.

Juventus Preparing £10m-a-year Contract Offer To Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey

Featured Image

Juventus are believed to have prepared a big money contract offer for Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey, and could offer the Wales international a deal worth £10m-a-year when his current contract expires thisa summer.

Despite repeated attempts from Arsenal to keep him at the club, Ramsey has failed to come to an agreement over a new deal, and is now set to end his spell at the Emirates Stadium when the current campaign comes to a close. While Juventus appear to be the frontrunners to snap up Ramsey, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are also believed to be keen on a deal.

According to the Sun, the Bosman rule allows Ramsey to agree a move away from the Premier League in January, and that fact that he will leave on a free transfer gives him considerable bargaining power when it comes to his weekly wage. The reported £200k-a-week deal prepared by the Bianconeri would almost double his current wage.

The report also claims scouts from Bayern Munich watched the 27-year-old in action for Wales in their UEFA Nations League clash against Denmark on Friday night, and are apparently prepared to rival Juventus in their pursuit of the player. Die Roten have endured a tricky started to the season, and are likely to rejuvenate their squad with new signings next summer.

Linda Ikeji In “Big Trouble” With John Abayomi Over Instablog9ja

Popular blogger and publisher of Linda Ikeji blog (LIB), Linda Ikeji, appears to be in serious trouble with John Abayomi, as the Online Editor for Punch newspapers, has threatened a lawsuit against her for publishing false and malicious story about him.

Abayomi, through his lawyer, Falana and Falana’s Chambers, is saying that the publication with the headline, ‘LIB Exclusive: Meet the owner of Instablog9ja-John Abayomi’ has put his life and that of his family in danger.

In a letter delivered to the blogger on Friday, Ikeji was asked to tender an unreserved apology within forty-eight hours or risk legal action.

In the article published on Thursday, November 15, 2018, LIB described Abayomi as the mystery person behind the instagram blog“.

However, Nigerian Guardian quoted Falana as saying that the statement is untrue and unfounded, but only calculated to lower Abayomi’s esteem and damage his reputation and professional career.

“Your publication has put him in the harm’s way, thereby endangering his life and the lives of his family members. It has also attracted a lot of negative reactions from members of the public including celebrities who has been eager to know the face behind the blunt and sarcastic blog because of the method of reportage”.

“Your mendacious publication was clearly actuated by malice in that it was deliberately done to portray our client as an imposter, a fraudster and a blackmailer”

“In the light of the foregoing, we have our client’s firm instructions to demand an unqualified apology together with a retraction of the libelous publication in the edition of your blog (Linda Ikeji blog) in addition to having the retraction published on Instagram.

“However, if you fail or refuse to accede to our client’s demands within 48 hours of the receipt of this letter, we shall have no option than to initiate civil proceedings against you at the Lagos State High Court without further recourse to you,” reads the letter which was signed by Chukwuma Onwuemene (ESQ.).

Funsho Adeolu Reveals Why Yoruba Actors Don’t Have Six-Packs

Popular Nigerian actor, Funsho Adeolu, has revealed why Yoruba actors don’t have six-packs and why their English-speaking counterparts do.

In a chat with The Punch, the actor disclosed that most English-speaking actors have six-packs because they are not really actors but models, however, most Yoruba actors don’t have these well-toned bodies because they are always busy.

His words: “They have a lot of time to do exercises. They are models and not really actors; I am not joking. A busy actor would only think of his health and do the normal exercise to keep fit. What am I using a six-pack for? I want to dress and be seen as a role model.

“In the Yoruba-speaking movie setting, when you get to a particular age, you would not be given the role of a small boy so I do not need a six-pack. By the time you keep a six-pack, it gets to a point where it turns to a nonsense pack because they would not use it again. The only thing is to live a healthy life.

“When you see that you are getting obese, work on it. I used to be a model but I did not have a six-pack. I learnt taekwondo as well. I am not saying having a six-pack is bad or that it is bad to look nice. If I have to take a picture, I can easily tuck in my tummy.

“I started from the English-speaking genre and then came to the Yoruba-speaking part of the industry. I am more comfortable with the Yoruba-speaking sector of the industry because I learn a lot here. In the English-speaking sector, I do not learn anything.”

Raphael Varane Better Than Sergio Ramos – Virgil Van Dijk

Featured Image

Virgil van Dijk has weighed into the ongoing row between his Liverpool teammate Dejan Lovren and Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos.

Sergio Ramos drew the ire of Liverpool fans after injuring Mohamed Salah during last season’s Champions League final, and he has since been involved in a feud with Salah’s close friend and teammate Lovren.

Lovren boasted that he “elbowed him good” during the recent Nations League clash between Croatia and Spain, and Van Dijk has now had his say on Ramos, claiming that his Real Madrid teammate Raphael Varane is the better of the two centre-backs.

“He is a great player and I respect what he has achieved but he is not the best, he is not my type of central defender,” Van Dijk told De Telegraaf.

“Ramos’s teammate at Real Madrid, Raphael Varane is my favourite. He is an excellent defender and has already won a lot.”

Tianjin Quanjian Threatens To Take Legal Action Against Anthony Modeste And Cologne Over Transfer

Featured Image

Chinese Club Tianjin Quanjian are threatening to take legal action against Anthony Modeste and Cologne after the German club announced they had re-signed the striker.

Cologne released an official statement on Saturday to confirm Modeste, who had been training with their under-21 team, had rejoined the club permanent3

The 30-year-old initially left in July 2017 for a reported fee of €35million, signing a deal scheduled to run until the end of 2020.

However, the striker has been in a contract dispute with Tianjin since August and while his appeal for an early termination is yet to be resolved by FIFA, has now agreed a return to one of his former employers.

The Chinese Super League club responded to the news by issuing a statement, reminding both Modeste and Cologne that he is still registered as a Tianjin player while revealing they are prepared to take the matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport if necessary.

“Modeste joined Tianjin Quanjian in 2017 and signed a contract valid until the end of 2020. Since August 2018, Modeste has left the team while remaining a registered player and he appealed to FIFA for an early termination of the contract,” the statement read.

“Tianjin Quanjian has actively responded to the lawsuit, relying on the facts to reasonably refute the unreasonable demands of the player.
“Before FIFA made a decision, the club regretted the misjudgement of Cologne in signing Modeste and reminded Cologne that it might be responsible for breach of contract with the player.

“Tianjin Quanjian firmly believes that FIFA will make a fair decision on this case, and the club will take all measures to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests. Also, the club has made further preparations, to file a legal proceeding against Modeste and Cologne at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.”

Modeste scored 45 goals in his first two-year spell with Cologne, who were relegated from the Bundesliga at the end of last season.

“Cologne has been very concerned about me and helped me tremendously in the past weeks after my return from China,” he said in a statement on the club’s website.
“I really want to repay this support and trust and do my part to make them successful. I cannot wait to get up for Cologne again.”

Manchester United Are Directionless Without Sir Alex Ferguson

Featured Image

Juan Sebastian Veron has Given his verdict on the current state of Manchester United, saying that the club are ‘directionless’ without Sir Alex Ferguson at the helm.

“After Ferguson’s exit, United are directionless. There have been various changes of course while Man City have been finding their footballing identity.” the former Man Utd midfielder said.

Veron spent two seasons at Old Trafford in which he 82 appearances in all competitions and scored 11 goals, and won a Premier League title.

Winning the league is not something that the club have managed to do since Sir Alex retired, and Veron thinks that they need to look beyond Jose Mourinho to bring Premier League titles back to the red side of Manchester.

“Mourinho is a great coach, but it’s clear to see that the club have not yet found the right person to fill the void left by Ferguson” he went on to say.

David De Gea Isn’t Lacking Confidence – Saul Niguez

Featured Image

David de Gea is not lacking confidence, according to Spain team-mate Saul Niguez.

David De Gea was criticised for Tin Jedvaj’s late Nations League winner for Croatia on Thursday, a 3-2 loss leaving Spain’s chances of reaching the finals out of their hands.

De Gea made a single save at the World Cup, where he was guilty of a poor mistake that allowed Cristiano Ronaldo to score in a draw against Portugal, and his international form has not improved since.

The United goalkeeper has stopped less than half of the shots on target he has faced for Spain since Russia 2018, conceding 13 efforts and only saving 11.

“When you put so much criticism on a player, it affects us all,” Saul said at a news conference.

“Even if we say, ‘No, it is not good for anyone that De Gea receives criticism, they should not be like that’.

“He is one of the best in the world. There may be times when you decide good or bad and for me it is unfair that you blame De Gea.

“I do not think he lacks confidence, he shows a tremendous personality, but what is generated, that negative energy, is not good for anyone. It would be best to change energy and talk about other things.

“If David concedes goals, I do not think it’s just his fault, but everyone’s, we all have to pay more attention.”

Don’t Invest In Crypto Currency Company That Does Not Have An Office – Yung6ix Tells Nigerians

In the wake of the illicit activities of internet fraudsters that led to the loss of a whopping N11 million, popular Nigerian artiste, Onome Onokohwomo, better known as Yung6ix, has come out to speak on his current condition, amidst worries from concerned fans.

The 29-year-old rapper had last week visited his social media page to narrate how he lost over N11 million to internet fraudsters who hacked his account.

Yung6ix “Close To Depression” After Losing N11 Million To Hackers

It is understood that the money lost was on his bitcoin investment and that he was on the verge of depression. Some concerned fans had also asked the rapper’s close friends to check on him and encourage him.

However, in a chat with The Punch, the rapper said he was not depressed.

“It was a sad experience and I’m just trying to let go at the moment. It was the worst experience ever. However, I am not depressed. I made the money I lost and I can make it over and over again. The hustle doesn’t stop. If you give into challenges, you will fall. But if you brace up and face them, you will rise way higher than you were before,” he said.

Offering advice to people from his experience, the rapper said:

“My advice to people is this – don’t put your money in any crypto currency company that does not have an office or customer care service.”

He further replied the claims that he doesn’t make his money from music.

His words: “If music doesn’t pay my bills, what will pay it? God has been good to me. In the last 20 months, I have had three endorsement deals and four tours across six countries. I honestly cannot complain. The bitcoin was one of my best investments. I actually lost most of the money I got from the Patricia endorsement to it but it is a minor setback. God will not give you a challenge you cannot handle. I have been in worse situations and I overcame them.”

Drunk Pastors – Femi Aribisala

The door to the pastor’s office swung open with a loud bang. Out came the praise worship leader running for dear life. Running after him, with shoe in hand ready to strike him down, was our dear pastor, shouting: “I will kill you. I will kill you.”

This piece was written by Femi Aribisala. The views and opinions expressed here are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of 360Nobs.com.

We could not believe our eyes. We seemed to be watching a strange but disturbingly familiar movie. Quickly, some of us ran after the pastor and overtook him. We restrained him and pleaded with him. He soon calmed down, coming back to his senses. After all, he was a “man of God;” the “spirit-filled pastor” of a church with a membership of over one thousand souls.

Blurred Vision

Are pastors mad? The prophets of God beg to differ. As usual, they proffer instead their own peculiar diagnosis. Pastors are not mad but they are drunk. Isaiah says: “They also have erred through wine, and through intoxicating drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through intoxicating drink, they are swallowed up by wine, they are out of the way through intoxicating drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment” (Isaiah 28:7).

Chances are you have seen a drunken man before. Even now, you can see him in your mind’s eye. He is staggering down the road; ungainly in his feet. His speech is slurred. He talks nonsense. He sees men as trees. Sometimes, he vomits and even lies down in his own vomit.

Look who’s talking. I was a teenage student in the south of France. Some of our German colleagues introduced us to the shindig of the “Oktober-fest.” This entailed sitting all around a long table, drinking alcohol lavishly and singing bawdy songs at the top of our lungs.

I was sitting next to a German girl called Eva Heim. She was as mischievous as her name might suggest. She was mixing different alcoholic drinks together and I was gulping them down. Everything went wonderfully well until it was time to go home. When I got up, I suddenly discovered the floor was up above my head.

Wine of Confusion

Let me ask you a rhetorical question. If you were going somewhere but missed your way and got lost, would you seek directions from a drunkard you see waltzing down the road? I don’t think so. And yet in the scriptures, the prophets of God insist that pastors are drunkards. That should tell us that pastors cannot shepherd men into the kingdom of God.

Curiously enough, Isaiah maintains that pastors are not drunk from alcohol. He says again: “Pause and wonder! Blind yourselves and be blind! They are drunk, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with intoxicating drink” (Isaiah 29:9). What then have our pastors been drinking?

They are drunk on the values of the world. They live by the rivers of Babylon and one of the main exports of Babylon is “wine.” Without realising it, they drink Babylonian wine when they do such mundane things as watch television, go to the cinema, read newspapers, read books and magazines, listen to the radio, and surf the internet.

As a result, they are thoroughly intoxicated by the ways of the world. Every day, they hold up their cups for more Babylonian wine and get drunk anew. Then they mount the pulpits in their churches and give the members of their congregation the same “wine of confusion” to drink. (Psalm 60:3).

New Wine

Jesus started his ministry by turning water into wine. On the eve of his departure from this world back to the Father in heaven, he maintains that Babylonian wine must give way to new wine: “I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.” (Matthew 26:29).

This prophecy was fulfilled after his resurrection at the Pentecost, when his disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit. Mockers who observed them did not realise they were making a prophetic statement when they said: “These men are full of new wine.” (Acts 2:13). The Holy Spirit is the new wine of the gospel. Thus, Paul cautions: “Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit.” (Ephesians 5:18).

Where does this leave the pastors of today? They are caught in a time-warp. They are still drinking the old Babylonian wine while rejecting the new wine of the gospel. They insist on putting new wine into old wineskins, with the result that the wineskins burst and the wine pours away. (Matthew 9:17).

Jesus speaks of this eventuality with characteristic foresight: “No one, having drunk old wine, immediately desires new; for he says, ‘The old is better.’” (Luke 5:39).

Designer Pastors

Jesus asked the Jews concerning John the Baptist: “What did you go out to see? A man dressed in fine clothes? No, those who wear fine clothes are in kings’ palaces.” (Matthew 11:7-8).

But today, those who wear fancy clothes are now the pastors of our churches. If their hairs are not jerry-curled, they are designer-cut. They are resplendent in white suits and overflowing agbada. They speak in clipped tongues like foreigners pretending to be Americans. They are hell-bent on squeezing the last penny out of you.

The prophet says: “Tell the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your King is coming to you, lowly, and sitting on a donkey, a colt, the foal of a donkey.’” (Matthew 21:5).

But today pastors are masters of pomp and circumstance. The crème-de-la-crème among them don’t go commercial but fly about in their very own jet-planes. When their feet finally touch the ground, they drive around in a cortege of cars with escort riders, zooming around the streets in spanking Land Cruisers and Pathfinders.

Jesus is no longer their saviour, but fearsome body-guards paid to protect them from the contagion of the masses.

Undiplomatic Ambassadors

There is a story I like to tell of an altercation between the American Ambassador to Nigeria and a Lagos taxi-driver. The taxi hits the Ambassador’s diplomatic car and an argument ensues. Soon the Ambassador jumps out of his car to challenge the taxi-driver and, within the twinkling of an eye, the two come to blows. By the time bystanders could intervene, the Ambassador has managed to kung-fu the taxi-driver to the ground.

I tell this story again and again but to no effect. Nobody believes me. They just refuse to believe that the American Ambassador would so lower himself as to come to blows with a taxi-driver on the streets of Lagos. I don’t blame them because the story is an entire fabrication. I made it up to prove a point.

But the earlier story about the pastor chasing a member of his congregation with his shoe is not made up. It actually happened. When I tell people about it, they are amused but not entirely surprised. Nobody challenges me about its veracity.

The is because while such demeaning behaviour might be far-fetched with regard to the American Ambassador, it is eminently within the realms of probability with the self-styled Christ’s Ambassadors of today; the highfalutin pastors of our churches.

Granit Xhaka Credits Improvements On His Game To Unai Emery

Featured Image

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka believes he is in the best form of his career at the club and he attributes that improvement to the arrival of Unai Emery.

Xhaka joined Arsenal in 2016 in a deal which could reportedly reach £40million having enjoyed four years in the Bundesliga with Borussia Monchengladbach. But in his first two seasons in the Premier League, Xhaka struggled to convince fans, often looking awkward and overly aggressive in a defensive midfield role..

And Xhaka is putting his elevated performances down to Emery, who succeeded Arsene Wenger ahead of 2018-19.

“It’s definitely my best season so far,” he told Aargauer Zeitung. “Without doubt, I think I’ve taken another step forward.

“It’s the best I’ve felt at Arsenal since I came to the club and the coach has had an enormous influence. He prepares us all and we have a plan. We know how to do it with the ball and without the ball. We know how and when to stand where.

“Emery is like Lucien Favre [whom Xhaka played for at Gladbach], a freak who pushes us back and forth, 10 times, until everyone understands. I never had contact with him [Emery] until after the World Cup. When I got back to training, the first thing he told me was: ‘Granit, you’re one of my five captains.’

“I’m at one of the top 10 clubs in the world, so that makes you proud and gives you confidence. It was a great sign of the club to extend my contract until 2023. For me that’s a huge sign of appreciation. I knew then I was very important to the club.”

Spain Manager Luis Enrique Defends David De Gea From Criticism

Featured Image

Spain boss Luis Enrique has branded criticism of David de Gea “unfair” but declined to reveal whether the under-pressure goalkeeper will remain a starter for Spain.

De Gea was closely scrutinised for his part in Tin Jedvaj’s late winner in the costly 3-2 defeat to Croatia in the Nations League on Thursday.

The Manchester United goalkeeper is struggling to find form on the international stage, saving less than half of the shots he has faced since the start of La Roja’s disappointing World Cup campaign.

Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga is reportedly under consideration to step in for the friendly against Bosnia-Herzegovina on Sunday.

Luis Enrique would not confirm which way he was leaning, but defended De Gea’s concerning recent record.

“What’s strange is what the criticism means. Criticism must be for the whole team and the coach, too”, he told reporters.

“When it’s aimed at one person it’s unfair because this is a team sport”.

“Goals aren’t just scored because of the goalkeepers – when we concede we’re all responsible. It’s unfair to personalise it, but we accept criticism.

“I won’t put my players on trial. I analyse things in a general sense and from there I make decisions”.

“I won’t talk about my preferences, as my actions speak louder than words”.

The other goalkeeping option in Luis Enrique’s squad is Real Betis’ Pau Lopez.
